Let’s experiment with light and colour and create colourful art!
All are welcome to attend an art workshop in Ger\u00f0arsafn with J\u00f3hanna \u00c1sgeirsd\u00f3ttir in the school winter break, Tuesday 25th February at 1 p.m. in Ger\u00f0arsafn. Entrance to the workshop is free. All materials on site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
J\u00f3hanna \u00c1sgeirsd\u00f3ttir (1993) is an artist and teacher. She works with installations, experiences, and sculptures inspired by natural sciences and environmental issues. She holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in fine arts from New York University and a master\u2019s degree in art education from the Iceland University of the Arts. She has participated in and curated art exhibitions in Iceland, Berlin, and New York. She currently works as the artistic director of the art festival List \u00e1n landam\u00e6ra, as a teacher at the Reykjavik School of Visual Arts, and on various creative projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
