Kidarchy is hosting a poster-making workshop in connection with Jeremy Deller’s exhibition National Happiness at Gerðarsafn. The children will create statements they want to communicate to society. These statements will be turned into posters and displayed in public spaces around the museum.
Kidarchy is an art collective where children work in collaboration with adults on political performances. Kidarchy believes that adults would benefit from listening to children. Children make up a third of the world’s population, yet they have the least democratic authority in our society—and Kidarchy is working to change that.
