Baby Rave is a family event for children of all ages to dance and move however they like. Artist and DJ Ívar Pétur (FM Belfast) invites guests on a trip around the world and even into space with the music alone while celebrating the diversity and beauty of art and culture from as many corners of the world as possible.
The emphasis is on a friendly and fun atmosphere where children of all ages are welcome to a friendly Rave.
Family events of the culturehouses are hosted every Saturday from 13:00 in one of the culture houses Bókasafn Kópavogs (main library and Lindasafn), Gerðarsafni, Salurinn or Náttúrusafn Kópavogs. Participation is free and all are welcome.
The event is held in connection to the exhibition Skúlptúr Skúlptúr Performance curated by Jo Pawlowskx.
